Switchblades were MADE for Ruby

Blake is a dork so she uses a heliscooter probably because it's more fuel efficient and better for the economy. Maybe. Or maybe she uses a slip-wing like Starling!!!!

actually now that I think about it, Blake and Ruby both probably use some kind of hybrid vehicle. Ruby's would be a mix between the skimmer and the switchblade and Blake's would be able to function as either a heliscooter or a slip-wing, because IMPROBABLE RWBY PHYSICS HELL YEAH

Whatever happened with that RWBY Hawks crossover you were working on with Ruby as a sky knight and Weiss as a Cyclonian? It looked great.

I wasn't really working on it actively, it was just some idle thoughts

Weiss would be a cyclonian though for sure, loyal to the empress until she goes to Atmos and her eyes get opened and she's like, "my whole life is a lie"

for the most part Stork is just this gangly nerdy faunus who is really good at fixing things and building weapons

everyone is pretty sure he's gonna drop out in the first semester because he is so twitchy and nervous and jumpy and scared of everything but he loves loves loves reading about the Grimm and all their strengths and weaknesses

something bad happens and they lose Stork in the middle of the emerald forest with no ride and no weapons and everyone's worried sick and they think he's dead but they find him in the middle of a clearing surrounded by dead Grimm corpses and covered in gore

and he looks post orgasmic with bliss, limp-limbed and breathing heavily

"I had a really good time today."

and then he starts shaking all over and clings to the first team mate who reaches him

 "now that you're here, though, taKE ME TO THE HOSPITAL"

Stork would be a Grimm groupie to the extent that Nwet is a Kaiju groupie. His team is constantly having to snap him out of it before he gets killed and they spend missions making sure he’s not swooning over the Grimm they’re hunting.

Sees a picture of a grimm: O! What rapturous death is before my eyes, mindless hatred given shape! The manifestation of humanity's self loathing. The ultimate predator. Mankind's eventual doom!
