Reagan's semblance of Teleportation, also called Quick rainbow, allows the Reagan to move instantaneously from one place to another. Whether that be herself,other beings, or others. The more beings/objects Reagan teleports the more aura it takes and also including the heavier the being/object the more it takes. When Reagan teleports it leaves a semitransparent colorful behind her like her mother Neon. (I'll draw a reference sheet of her powers later on)
Reagan's weapon is similar to Black Rock Shooter Cannon and the Claymores from Genshin Impact. Her fight style is a mix between Nightclawer from X-Men, Black Rock Shooter, Beidou and Chongyun from Genshin Impact.
Reagan's personality is sarcastic, selfish, extremely hyperactive, and child genius. She is extreme flippant, carefree, and adventurous. When she sees something is wrong she takes action on defending others but leans on the rebellious side.
