▽ Why did you create this muse?
He was originally a muse with another character, part of a system. When he first came around, I was kinda scared actually, but after a while I realized he was just a protector who was scared of letting people hurt the main. He was horribly childish still, not used to the world and I still believe he had the chance to reform.
The other characters hated him, or had less than pleasant relationships with him - Damien didn’t mind Riley actually, but it was more of the influences of other characters that made him begin to resent Riley. He was just a protector that had a bad habit of getting into fights and breaking people up, he just needed someone to show him not everything was terrible and grim.
But, what brought this particular muse was just - what Arin had said one day, when Damien came back from a problem Riley fixed.

Shit just went downhill after that.Jamie had eventually admitted he hated Rye because he just wasn’t Damien. He got envious of Aero who had free reign and seemed to get somewhat along with people. - She never was considered a parasite.He was put under rules and told what to do - while the others weren’t.He was constantly shunned the second he came around, and people in general showed him their worst.His habit of backtalking often got him choked or injured,He was almost killed by Darrell because he was punishing Aero for a v e r y bad misdeed,When he tried to voice that he was just doing what he needed to do - he was shut up and told to fuck off.He got jealous of the others because they didn’t get shunned, and were accepted easily instead of him.
When he got tired of this, they still treated him bad, so he gave up trying to fit in, and just gave them what they consistently believed he was.

His need to push everyone away. He believes that it is justified, and he's doing right by doing it, but he isn't.
