The thing with feminism is that lots of misandrists use the term as an excuse to rant and hate on men. But at the base, feminism is exactly the same as equality, because it's a good thing for both genders. But yeah, feminism has gotten a negative sound now :/

That’s why I prefer the using the term equality, it sounds fair to everyone. Thank you very much for taking the time to explain :)

well, as long as misogynism has like 70% of society they can be the same. But in my head equality sounds more society-friendly, if you know what I mean.
