The warmth of strong arms wrapped around her waist brought a sleepy smile to Kaori’s lips as she slowly awoke, carefully rolling over to look upon a sleeping Allen at her side. Pressing a gentle kiss to his cheek before sneakily slipping herself out of his grasp as not to wake him. The cold air against her nude skin sending a chill up her spine as she glanced down, grabbing her discarded underwear and slipping them back on before lazily pulling one of her lovers shirts over her head before making her way to the kitchen. A warm smile still painting her lips as she spotted Allen’s bags in the living room of her apartment, the daylight barely peaking through the blinds as she walked over to the fridge.
When Allen woke up and realized there wasn’t another person in there, his clouded, tired mind wondered where she could’ve run off to. It was likely not too far because he was in her apartment and it was still earlier in the morning. Allen couldn’t find the shirt he was wearing either but his sweats were still there and he put those on, no underwear, and rubbed his eyes before stepping through the doorway and into the rest of the apartment. A soft grin came on his features as he saw her standing there, back towards him and that shirt he was looking for on her smaller frame. “Couldn’t wait to get away from me, ain’t that the truth?” Allen laughed as he came close and rested his hand on her hip.
