I was rewatching "Nightwalkers" (Stargate SG1 Season 6 episode 5) and there was a moment between Teal'c and Jonas that just made me kinda sad.
"This is not my home. When my time with SG1 is done, I will return to Chulak with my son." - Teal'c
"I guess that's the difference between us. I don't think I'll be able to go back." - Jonas
In the end, Jonas ends up getting to go home, and Teal'c doesn't. Not really. And Ry'ac grows up without his father really being there.
Now I have Teal'c feels.
