A character sheet for my favorite OC Ryan!

Cooper ft. @unleashed111 ‘s Ryan

Cooper yawned, staring blankly at the football game on tv that he wasn’t really paying any attention to. He looked over at Ryan, who was sitting at the kitchen table with books and notebooks spread around him, running his hands through his bright red hair as he studied.

“How’s it goin’?” Cooper asked. Ryan didn’t respond.

Thinking his boyfriend could probably use a break, Cooper switched the tv off and stood up. He made his way over to the table and sat down opposite Ryan, leaning over and planting a kiss on his forehead. Ryan blinked in surprise and looked up.

“Huh?” he said, his eyes somewhat bleary.

“I said how’s it goin’?”

“Oh um, fine I guess.”

“Why don’t you take a break for a bit?”

“In a minute,” Ryan said, returning to his notes.

Cooper huffed and leaned back in his chair. Not to be deterred he stood up again and went around the back of Ryan’s chair.

“C’mon, a little break won’t hurt.” He wrapped his arms around Ryan and started kissing along his neck.

“Cooper stop,” Ryan giggled, “really, I need to study.”

“You been studyin’ for hours though,” Cooper whined, “I’m dyin’ over here.”

He continued his kissing, switching sides, and snuck his hand under the hem of Ryan’s shirt. Ryan squirmed.

“Cooper…” he admonished, “seriously, come on.”

Cooper let go of him with a disappointed sigh, “fine.”

He returned to his chair on the other side of the table.

They sat for a few minutes in silence, the only sound the scratching of Ryan’s pencil here and there as he took notes, and the rustling of pages. While Ryan studied his medical texts, Cooper studied him. Admiring his boyfriend’s long red lashes that matched his hair, the freckles coloring his nose and cheeks, the scar across the bridge of his nose. Cooper’s eyes traveled down to Ryan’s pink lips and he couldn’t help himself. He leaned over again and pressed his lips to Ryan’s. Ryan leaned away,

“Stop,” he said, more sternly this time, although he couldn’t hide a smirk.

“Sorry, sorry,” Cooper said. But a beat later he was grabbing Ryan’s face and kissing him again. Ryan relaxed and leaned into the kiss this time, letting Cooper’s tongue enter his mouth to slide over his own. The kiss continued for a few moments before Ryan was breaking it off again.

“Do I have to kick you out?” he laughed, wiping his mouth.

“Maybe,” said Cooper mischievously, “not sure I can keep myself off ya.”

Ryan rolled his eyes, but he was still smiling.

“Just go back over to the couch and watch your game, ok?”

“Fiiiiine,” Cooper groaned and stood up. Before he returned to the couch, however, he couldn’t resist delivering one final kiss to Ryan’s forehead again, chuckling at Ryan’s noise of protest.

Ohhhh strafe... do I have something for you...

Ryan started out based on my red dead online character which I think you knew somewhere along the way but here is more of him.

Ryan in a western would probably be a bit of a traveling doctor. Medicine back then was uhhh questionable at best and there wasn’t anything like EMS but like his main canon Ryan probably came from New York City before moving out west. Cowboy Ryan would probably be a lot more defensive and cautious than normal. From thieves to wild animals traveling the wild would force him to be cautious at all times. Otherwise he would probably be a very odd and quirky character that was friendly enough. People might write him off as another city folk trying to move in but surprised to find how well he is able to fend for himself. He doesn’t like to kill but he will if he is forced to.

‘Silver Toed Boots and Gasoline’

Today, October 20th, we are celebrating Ryan Erkhart and Cooper McCoy’s anniversary.

It’s been a long hard year but in the end they stuck by each other’s side. The funky city boy and the charming cowboy. They have come so far from a criminal on the run and a basic healer type character. We have more AUs with them than we know what to do with. In the true ending thought we always knew that Ryan and Cooper would end up together forever.

@strafethesesinners I’ve had so much fun and thanks for building this whole thing with me. Wouldn’t have made it without you!
