i feel this so much, i can be perfectly calm and collected but as soon as someone TELLS me to calm down, i have to restrain myself from flipping out at them, i hate when people do that

Yeah it's the worst because it feels like a lose/lose situation at that point

Luckily the type of person to say calm down to someone who's already calm is an asshole type so they can usually be avoided in advance
