Why calling Link ‘My pearl’ when it’s a nickname that an be associated at something so delicate that ruins basically by itself with natural acids contained in body oils and perspiration and bumps that easily when you could have Sidon call him my sapphire?

Not only Sapphires are strongly part of the zora culture but if we take a look at the Mohs scale you know what’s right below diamonds (Diamonds are 10, Corundrums, aka Rubies and Sapphires, are 9) , have great durability and great luster? THEM.

Link is out there smashing Lynel heads all the time and saving the world, I can’t really imagine him being a little jewel that can easily be dissolved in vinegar, he’s something that will punch you back if you try to crush it. Also have you seen how many sapphire colors are around? Blue, green, pink, white- that’s Link trying different clothes and enjoying his dye shop trips in Hateno.

If Link wasn’t such a miserable example of Low Wisdom I’d almost say Zelda is the one with the triforce of courage and they somehow swapped in the process. I was rewatching the memories to decide in which order to place them in my comic and:

She awakens her power ‘late’, not as she was supposed to, by showing the courage to protect Link.

When talking to the sword she mentions “legends say an ancient voice resonates inside it” but I can’t remember any instance in which ‘Fi’ speaks to me. Still after her awakening it does speak to Zelda.

She left Link to safety (?) and ran from the Necluda region to Central Hyrule just to seal Ganon. Plus she also made a trip to seal the sword too, somehow?

The whole “You were born in a family of knights so you had to be a knight” conversation that honestly would fit so well in a “those aren’t our places” kind of scenario considering it’s clear she’s also talking about herself. Not to mention Link’s duties took his words away and all...

Urubosa goes “We need to get you somewhere safe” and Zelda’s reply is “No”. 

Overall she’s a badass princess who kicks asses and is still fighting after 100 years waiting for her knight to come and kick Ganon’s arse.

If it wasn’t for how Link doesn’t qualify at all as Wisdom’s bearer I’d make a serious case and discussion about how Zelda fit Courage WAY better than Wisdom for me.

OH! That’s my favorite character of all times! She’s one of the main characters of Final Fantasy IV and she has been my personal hero and inspiration for literal years. She’s strong, she’s kind and she’s my personal role model. 

She’s just... so good. And she came i my life in a very difficult moment bringing hope in it: I lost most of my family in that period and I was struggling accepting my sexuality (I’m aroace and I was raised thinking to have worth I was supposed to find someone and make babies) and in a really dark moment... she just happened. She faces head on losing her mother and being the last of her kind, when she tells another person ‘Stop crying, I did’ it felt incredibly personal and I was fascinated.

Then a prince fell in love with her. And she never canonically accepted his feelings beside acting like he’s a great friend, not even in the sequel they got together and it made me just so happy and feel so valid. I admit I’m guilty of shipping her with someone but still in a really independent way because that was the first time in my life I saw a woman in media finding her happiness in a found family and not in a man. It meant the world to me and I felt elated when in the sequel she was still single and by the end she adopted a kid- I just....

I use that name a lot because it means so much to me.
