Character Interview - Cameryn Crowe

Interviewer: What’s your name?
Cameryn: I’m Cameryn Crowe, it’s a pleasure.
Interviewer: Pleasure’s all mine. When’s your birthday?
Cameryn: I was born February 15th
Interviewer: You’re 26, correct?
Cameryn: Last I checked, yes.
Interviewer: Well then. You’re 26 and one of the most globally recognized symbols in the world. Wow.
Cameryn: That’d be me, yes. It is a lot, but I do appreciate the global support in my desires to bring the world to peace.
Interviewer: I’m personally a big fan. Well, the fans want to know, anything to say regarding your orientation?
Cameryn: Ah, I see. Yes, I am a lesbian, and I use she/her.
Interviewer: Tell me again, what are your powers?
Cameryn: Lumokinesis - er, the manipulation of light and light energies. As well as the regulars.
Interviewer: The regulars? Elaborate, if you don’t mind.
Cameryn: Oh, just increases in strength and agility. That sort of thing.
Interviewer: Ohh, I see. Well, what do you do as a job?
Cameryn: I’m a florist - I own my own business.
Interviewer: Super strong and a green thumb? Amazing.
Cameryn: That's me!
Interviewer: You amaze me, honestly. Moving on, anything on the romance side? Got any spicy details for us?
Cameryn: I have a beautiful wife named Abhaya, she’s the love of my life. I don’t know what I’d do without her.
Interviewer: How sweet. Any kids?
Cameryn: No, we wouldn’t have the time, unfortunately. I wouldn’t want to put them in danger, anyhow.
Interviewer: Makes sense, with all the superhero business.
Cameryn: Yes. That’s exactly it.
Interviewer: Tell me more about Lum..Lu. Lumokinesis, that’s it.
Cameryn: What more is there to say? I can do a lot with it, but I promise you, you’ve seen it all.
Interviewer: Well, that’s interesting. Enigmatic, yes. Well, onto the fun questions, Coffee or Tea?
Cameryn: Tea. My wife makes the most amazing Lavender tea, I’ve never tasted anything better in my life.
Interviewer: Interesting. Any Vices?
Cameryn: I don’t understand.
Interviewer: Oh, nevermind. It’s unimportant.
Cameryn: Alright…?
Interviewer: Do you have any hidden talents?
Cameryn: I can draw rather well, actually! I like drawing flowers best.
Interviewer: Oh I love that, any hobbies? What do you do in your free time?
Cameryn: I like playing games with Abhaya, and I bake with her when I have the chance. I also enjoy a good horror movie every now and again.
Interviewer: Horror movies? I’d never expect such a thing from the world's greatest superhero.
Cameryn: Oh I love them, my favorite is probably Scream, or.. Hm.. I like the older Halloween movies.
Interviewer: Interesting. Do you enjoy reading?
Cameryn: I prefer movies, but a good book never hurt anyone. Ace lends me their thriller’s sometimes.
Interviewer: Interesting. Well, you’re the world’s hero, we have some fan submissions, if you’re willing?
Cameryn: Of course!
Interviewer: Starting with solsticestan22, “Are you letting Rook and Malice join you, like, seriously?”
Cameryn: Well, yes. We’re a team. Ace prefers Nocturne, now, anyway.
Interviewer: Really?...Interesting choice. If it were m-
Cameryn: Well, It isn’t you. You’ve never met them beyond these interviews.
Interviewer: Fair.. ahem, uh. silversills12 asks “Who’s your favorite hero that you’ve worked with?”
Cameryn: Oh… I guess Agent Ardette, she was very fun to work with, incredibly intelligent as well.
Interviewer: Lovely, she was a pleasure to interview. Finally, wimblewomble - strange name, but alright - “If you could meet any celebrity, who would you meet?”
Cameryn: Oh, I don’t know. Hm… I used to be obsessed with One Direction, maybe Harry Styles?
Interviewer: Oh fun, I love that. He’s my first choice too.
Cameryn: He is a very.. Nice guy, I assume.
Interviewer: Ace mentioned that if they got a cat, you’d name it. What would you name it?
Cameryn: I think I’d name it something sweet, like… Molly. Or Mildew. I like Mildew.
Interviewer: Oh lovely, I think that’s a wonderful name.
Cameryn: Oh my god, look at the time.
Interviewer: It is late, I suppose. What do you say we wrap up the interview?
Cameryn: Yes, I think we should.
Interviewer: Anything you’d like to say to the audience first?
Cameryn: I love you all, thank you.
