1: How old are you?

I just turned 38 yesterday.

11: Who is your celebrity crush?

That would be Ms Sharon Stone, who is amazing - unfortunately, she totally knows that she is, too.

21: Do you have any nicknames?

I have several, depending on who you ask. Anthony calls me anything from Sexy Seabass to Vanilla Ice. Chris and others go down the more normal Seb route. Oh, and there are always also Chubby Dumpling and 384, too!

31: Are you in a relationship?

Yes, and very happily so with @royalkbell.

3: Do you have any strange phobias?

13: How do you vent your anger?

I usually go cycling, boxing or rowing - they are extremely physical activities which helps me channel all the steam and anger into what I’m doing. Afterwards, I’m fully relaxed again.

23: What’s the worst injury you’ve ever had?

The last “big” injury I’ve had was a radial fracture of my right arm, while trying to apprehend a thief who had just stolen from a shop I was in in the middle of London. The shop owner had followed and hit out with a broom, accidentally hitting me, too. 

33: Can you touch your nose with your tongue?

I’ve never tried that, but - I think so? My tongue’s pretty long, so it should be doable.

43: What is your favourite colour/colours?

I’m very partial to all kinds of blues and greys.

27: Do you tend to hold grudges against people who have done you wrong?

It depends on what they have done that made me hold a grudge in the first place, I think. There are things which are easily forgivable, and there are some things which aren’t. And I’ve learned to cut such people out of my life.

I speak English, Welsh, a little French and Spanish, and very little German. And, does Scouse count?
