synopsis: hirose ryo really wanted to move on. after you barged into the life of the top ranking student, seeking tutoring and academic help, only to repay him with a permanent scar on his heart and painfully vivid memories, ryo tried his best to erase you from his life and mend his own broken heart.

and when he thought he had finally forgotten about you, ryo found himself ten years later, standing outside the home of kim y/n, a renowned freelance fashion designer, and also his ex-girlfriend.

hirose ryo (27) is an assistant creative designer for NCT Entertainment. as part of the creative team, ryo is tasked with ideating album concepts and visuals for the artists under the company, and is nicknamed the ace of the creative team for his ingenious and unique ideas that somehow always manage to go viral. with the expectations tied to that nickname and the determination to live up to them, ryo sometimes finds himself missing simpler times, and when he does he knows he can turn to his childish best friend for comfort.

meet the childish best friend, fujinaga sakuya (27). sakuya and ryo have been best friends since diapers, and they can't decide who is following who everywhere. sakuya is unapologetically himself, staying true to his love for everything cute and pink. sakuya also happens to be part of the marketing and publicity team for the same company as ryo. need sakuya? you can often find him in the pantry, gossiping with a colleague over his afternoon milk and bread more often than at his desk.

tokuno yushi (30) is a freelance dancer and full time cat cafe owner. yushi is often teased by his friends for being slow, which only amplifies his severe fear of missing out (FOMO), but it's not his fault he's busy balancing running his cat cafe, back-up dancing gigs, and his dance instructor friend's last-minute pleas to help out at the dance studio.

oh sion (32) is the dance instructor friend with a mild (severe) obsession with yushi. is it admiration? platonic? romantic? familial? nobody knows, nobody really cares too because everyone knows sion's love extends beyond yushi. sion is protective of his friends, often acting older than his age while treating his friends like babies.

maeda riku (31) is impulsive and reckless in a charming way. riku is the master enabler of the group, always pushing his friends to take the leap of faith and experience life. he's clingy, a little weird at times, shamelessly affectionate with his friends and very straightforward with his feelings.
