I think the world may be ending.  My mother who hates anime, cosplay, etc. just called to tell me that ‘she no longer hates Armin (who I cosplay) because he was really brilliant with coming up with that plan on the fly.  Oh, and she just couldn’t stop sobbing when Armin told Mikasa (her favorite character) that Eren was dead.  But she knew he wasn’t, of course.  He had to be the Rogue Titan afterall.’

Seriously guys.  I think this may have just started the apocalypse.  I’m sorry.  Fare well, my friends.

Questions about Kei (because you guys keep sending them)

Q.  Why is Kei so tan? A.  .... odd question, but I'll bite.  Boy loves scubaing/free swimming and surfing.  You sorta get tan after that.  He also just did a 'bike across Hawaii' trip. Q.  Wasn't he in Canada? A.  Yes, he was.  But he is actually moving back to Japan soon.  Before he goes, however, he's spending some time with friends in Hawaii. Q.  You sure post a lot about Kei - do you know him? A.  Know in the general sense, I guess the answer is yes?  Know as in personally best buds - hell no.  We're friends on facebook and share several common interests, but that hardly makes us buddies. Q.  INTRODUCE ME TO SANO GAKU! A.  Um.  No.

I don't really do these send it on things - but I will answer this.1.  Singing voice.2.  How far I've advanced in my life in the past two years.  It goes to show how a bad experience can turn your life around... for the better. o.o;3.  I like that people tend to find it easy to talk to me?  Several of my friends have said that...4.  When push comes to shove, I can be a pretty reliable person.  But I mean it *really* has to come to shove (I procastinate....)I refuse to do a 5th because I honestly can't think of anything else.

Confession Time

Another thing I didn't care for is how the Priests were handled.  I mean - I can sorta see why the changed the fight styles, but at the same time... :/  Limitations.  Balance.  Besides - I like the madohitsu.  But I guess it sorta felt like they lost the essence of what Makai Priests were in the entire mess. OH!  And on the subject of Madou tools.... uh.  Where are they?  Like.  ANY OF THEM.  What, we have Zaruba and something that they're passing off as a Madou Lighter?  What about... I don't know.  EVERYTHING ELSE.  -.- What else... maybe the fact where they at least tried to do some form of character developement - but then they attempted to shove it at us in 12 episodes where as the series does it over long periods of time.  The result?  Characters I actually couldn't give a lesser damn about.  No seriously.  No attachment to any of these guys. Other things that irk me... in no partiular order.

No originality (other than stupid new lore - or rather the non-existance of lore) ((honestly - Zoro?  Don't you mean Zero? -.-;  Leon for the most part was just a combination of Kouga and Ryuga (and not in the good ways. -.-; )  Pretty much there is a counterpart for every character in this show - but they just lack the depth and complexity that comes with the actual Garo franchise)) Non-gripping story. Crappy animation.  Not a fan.  Especially not of all the CG. Pretty sure I stated this before - but I really don't like Yami o Terasu Mono - and sadly Honoo no Kokuin has some parallels to it. Really the only good thing I can say about the series is that it's getting more people interested in the tokusatsu franchise.  Other than that.... yeah.  Needless to say I'm just watching it as this point because I'm too far in to just turn back now. -.-;
