Analysis
Veronica joins the Spring Festival as a green tome flier, which thus far is a considerably exclusive and rare niche. Packing 35 Atk and 36 Spd, Spring!Veronica is a solid damage dealing nuke and her mobility as a flier only accentuates her ability to control the map with her oppressive range and damage output. With one of the best offensive statlines among mage fliers and fairly premium base skills, Spring Veronica is undoubtedly a valuable addition to anyone’s barracks.
Spring!Veronica’s unique weapon is Veðrfölnir's Egg, granting Spring!Veronica a +4 bonus to all stats while her HP is above the 75% threshold. This is a fine weapon to run on a budget as it will effectively boost her offenses to 53 Atk and 43 Spd unassisted. However, the caveat of the HP threshold can be fairly difficult to play around as Spring!Veronica lacks the defenses to reliably stay healthy and retain her bonus stats. It also conflicts with potent skills like Fury, Desperation, and Brazen skills, which benefit from the user being damaged. The bonus stats from Veðrfölnir's Egg also lose value from the fact that Spring!Veronica will struggle to capitalize on the extra Res and extra Def. As such, it can be worth opting for player phase weapons with greater flexibility and potential, namely the ubiquitous Gronnblade+.
Spring!Veronica also comes with Chill Res, which can help her take down bulkier enemies, especially with her excellent offenses. Her special, Glimmer, is an excellent default special as her lack of defensive stats prevents her from making the most out of skills like Bonfire or Iceberg, whereas Glimmer can help her secure otherwise lost kills on a low cooldown. Her A Skill, G Duel Flying, allows her to be better used in modes like Arena. However, without maximum merges/investment, this skill can essentially end up being wasted on Spring!Veronica as more common units can be easily merged to score higher than her, making G Duel Flying more valuable as fodder than as a default skill.
Spring!Veronica prefers boons/assets in Atk and Spd. Her preferred banes are Def and HP, both of which are superbanes.

Build Suggestions
Budget/Low Investment
With Veðrfölnir's Egg conflicting with skills like Fury and Desperation, she is encouraged to run skills with more lenient conditions such as Death Blow and Darting Blow. Combined with her weapon, Veronica gains +10 to her offenses in the player phase for 59/49 Atk and Spd total. Not many B Skills options cooperate well with Veðrfölnir's Egg, so keeping Chill Res further improves her ability to ORKO opponents.
Alternatively, Veronica can run skills like Renewal and/or even Noontime to help her stay healthy in order to make use of Veðrfölnir's Egg’s bonuses. However, if using Veðrfölnir's Egg’s, she should be deployed alongside a healer anyway for consistency.
Veronica’s other Sacred Seal options include Bond skills, Heavy Blade, Aerobatics, Flier Formation, Guidance, Stance skills, and buff skills.
Mystic Boost Sustain
Running Mystic Boost allows Veronica to be more self-sufficient in battle as it can keep her HP topped up and within Veðrfölnir's Egg’s HP threshold. It also allows her the niche of using Push skills, such as Atk/Spd Push, however skills like Atk/Spd Bond and Swift Sparrow can be just as if not more reliable. Noontime may be used to further increase her sustain, however she will lose out on burst damage from other specials.
Mystic Boost can also be used to allow Veronica to run Fury without compromising her ability to use Veðrfölnir's Egg by counteracting Fury’s recoil damage. As shown in the build on the right, this combination also allows Veronica to take advantage of Mystic Boost’s skill-canceling effects against staves and dragons. With a Res superboon, Veðrfölnir's Egg, and Spd/Res Bond, Veronica reaches 41 Res unsupported. Paired with her high Atk and Spd, Veronica can become a powerful mage and dragon duelist.
Blade Tome Player Phase
Veronica can of course forego Veðrfölnir's Egg in favor of the tried-and-true Gronnblade+ in conjunction with her excellent offenses and mobility as well as access to flier buffs.
With the first build, if Veronica can obtain +6 buffs to all stats, Veronica can reach 80 Atk and 54 Spd, which will be enough to ORKO nearly any unit, especially with Desperation active.
The second build instead focuses on OHKO’s using Death Blow and Chill Res. Heavy Blade lets Veronica charge Glimmer with one attack and possibly activate it as well if she can double. Heavy Blade can be used with the first build instead since Darting Blow can be overkill with her high Spd.
Arena Core Support
If investing in Veronica, her default A Skill, G Duel Flying, allows her to easily be used for Arena scoring. Her movement as a flier only improves her ability to support bonus units through the use of skills like Guidance, Aerobatics, etc. With a dual Rally+ assist and a Tactic skill, Veronica can buff a unit for +6 in three different skills on her own, and Chill Res can help secure kills if your bonus unit deals magic damage. Aether or Blue Flame can be used as her special for scoring due to their high SP costs.
