got this app called sleeptown and it makes you not touch your phone during hours you can program to get a good night’s sleep and as reward it builds a small town and my first building was a bakery so i don’t want to brag but i’m about to get It

and apparently you can also collectively fix your sleep schedule to build...actual monuments isn’t it going hard...
