Summary: The doujinshi is compiled of multiple different stories/other doujinshis and each one has a different story:
1) Naruto is sick in bed when Sasuke comes to visit. Naruto has been wanting to confess, but worries that being the container for the 9-tailed fox will turn him away, and even causes him to think if it is even right to confess.
2) Naruto grow nervous after seeing Sasuke and Ino together and runs off. Later, to comfort him, Kakashi comes, or is it?
3) Naruto thinks on his relationship and time with Sasuke.
4) Naruto comes back to meet up with Sasuke on an Anbu mission, but is ambushed by another person.
5) Sasuke comes home after an Anbu mission. At fist he fears if Naruto would even miss him, since they had an argument over if Naruto should join Anbu or not, but he is welcomed home with open arms.
6) Naruto makes a decision based off a discussion he had with Kakashi and what he has seen through Sasuke.
