growing up in the industry was tough, regardless of whether you were on the stage or in the studio you felt the pressure of the world to be a good role model and accessible personality. drowning in responsibility you weren't ready for, you turned to something that landed you on the wrong side of the tabloids. it was generous of the director to cast you in this role, as the public hasn't forgiven you yet for your sins. it's no surprise there are people blaming you for his demise.

the unyielding artist. you know when you're being condescended to. at least, that's what you're certain the unyielding artist is doing to you. it's like this everywhere now, some older adult wants to turn you into a brand because it's "better for your career" or some shit. every self-referential joke they come up with, every allusion to your past - it feels like a slap in the face.
the child star. things used to be very different. your childhood was connected in some way, and even though it felt like you were just put together because you were the only kids in the room sometimes, you did really get along! you were close up until your scandal hit. you know why the falling out happened, but it still hurt. now that you're forced back together, time will only tell what might arise.
the gay icon. you get what it's like to be scrutinized and examined by the public. sure, the gay icon hasn't been put under the same spotlight as you, but you can tell it's only a matter of time before things hit the fan for them. it seems they do, too. you're willing to keep them close and weather the storm, especially now that the director is dead.
