Apologies for the radio silence!

There's been a lot of things going on with the social media scene and there was a bit of uncertainty in if posting on this site was going to help...Not to mention some other things have been getting in the way of my concentration on the project, and it seems management of several sites at once is a lot more difficult than I imagined ^^;

I am considering reposting chapter 1 from start(again) here either page by page or by batches...the decision is still up in the air as I'm uncertain which would be more preferable...while I know not many eyes are on this site/blog specifically, I will leave a questionnaire here in hopes some could help me make up my mind on how to try and spread S.C.D on tumblr...

Would you prefer 1 comic page per post or in batches?

1 page per post would be nice!

Maybe post 2 pages per post like you did on comic sites?

I'd like to read 5 pages per post! A little extra would be nice.

Kasumi Kotani is a cop working for the Tokyo Metropolitan Police. She learns of a minor division that seems to handle cases that are not quite natural... S.C.D. is a Japanese urban fantasy series about cops with magical abilities keeping peace amongst the unknowing humans and the supernaturals that coexist.

I've read the first chapter and very very much enjoyed it. I will try not to ask spoilery things, though I am curious. How big is this story going to be? 80 more chapters like these, or something else? Are you going to get more artists to work on it, or are you planning it just to be yourself?

I'll be honest, there hasn't been an exact number of chapters planned, but I'm hoping not to make it an extreme long series! There's other comic projects I do wish to be able to try to work on, after all! It won't be extremely short of a series either, as I have several ideas planned to be drawn out which I believe definitely won't just end in like 10 chapters-ish...but since I tend to change a lot of page numbers on the fly, I can't make an estimate of how long this story is going to be...Sorry I can't be so clear on that part!><;

As for how many artists work on this, this comic's always been a solo artist's project and around now there's no plans to have multiple artists work on it(to hire people and also have them match my artstyle/preferences...that's gonna be pretty finnicky not gonna lie)...so I'm afraid I'll have to apologize in advance for some hiatus/delays that may inevitably occur^^;

Chapter 1 Complete!

With all the pages of Chapter 1 of S.C.D. having been uploaded on Webtoons and GlobalComix, I'll start uploading pages by batches here!

Also, askbox is now open for leaving comments and/or questions! It'd be nice to hear what you guys thought of the characters/story, it fuels me to work harder if I know there's people out there who's gotten interested!

Please note I may not answer any asks that may be related to future story stuff as that will be likely shown in the pages itself! Oh and...anything that I may have trouble answering I also will not answer^^;

Just a head's up, I'm still not used to this site so the way I upload or format things may change from time to time! Sorry in advance!

Gonna start posting some stuff here for my webcomic “S.C.D: Tokyo Metropolitan Police Special Cases Division” or S.C.D. for short! I may also notify updates of pages here!(At the moment, updates are being notified through a twitter account!)

This webcomic is a Japanese urban fantasy/action series about cops with magical abilities keeping peace amongst the unknowing humans and the supernaturals that coexist.

There’s gonna be lots of fights! Supernaturals based off of Japanese folklore and urban legends! There’s also some not so straight people!
