Got to do this amazing photoshoot with my friends Jacky and Chris! You already know that when kandi kids hang out, it's nothing but positivity and a great time! For those curious, I got my information on the definition of PLUR from Frankie Bones' tumblr page; @frankiebones he had a huge definition post citing sources and everything!

I have gotten my hands on 5/7 of the pictured Ravers Digest; however, there's more out there... I'm searching for the rest! Ravers Digest served as a time capsule of the early rave movement, coming out in 2001 in SoCal. It captured the feelings and memories of these early ravers by printing them! Not only were rave stories and memories preserved, but the feelings can be felt through these pages! This is why I create not to be the most famous, not to be the most wealthy, but to preserve the moment zines like this have inspired me so much in the creation of Groove Generation, and to know that now our memories and our moments are preserved on paper and maybe 20 years from now someone picks up my zine and feels the same way I feel holding these.
