Supernatural S08E01 We Need to Talk About Kevin

What is it with Dean coming back from unearthly places with some kinda cosmic STD? First, the hand print when he comes back from hell and now Benny riding as a gross swelling in his arms

Benny previously played another vampire Eli in the early seasons

So once again, Sam leaves the woman he loves and goes with Dean

Dean manhandling and nonconning Sam into the Supernatural tests, meanwhile Sam: I know it's you. Dean, Can i just say hello?

Well, fuck you Dean, not everyone is a workaholic like you

You know that scene where Dean keeps playing Kevin's message one after one, guilt tripping Sam? Ya that's whole of Dean's personality

Sam's hair is so pretty this season.. I do miss the sideburns though

Ya I'm not mad Sam didn't look for Dean.. especially not after the shitty way he has been treating Sam. Loved Sam taking stand for himself when he said he quit hunting and the world was ok

Dean is coming across like one of those evil twins who gets a shitty foster family and they decide to ruin the good twin's life because they had it better

Also why are the guys so tan in this season?! Is it to show Dean's time in purgatory and Sam's life in Texas?

Sam to Dean: so... free will, that's only for you? Booo yaaa! Bang on Sam !!

Geez, maybe Sam was on to something when he left Kevin alone. Kevin was doing just fine until these guys showed up at his door.. they really are cursed

Meanwhile Sam thinking my girlfriend was cut up, pinned to the ceiling and set on fire but sure..

Never liked Benny, never cared about him.. still don't

Overall 7/10. Not the best season opener but it had it's moments.. Sam's flashbacks are bittersweet.. Dean's time in purgatory is gritty.. Kevin got smarter.. the closing the gates of Hell bomb drop was good but they never explained how Crowley got the demon tablet

Not to hate on Amelia or anything but did her "so are going to take the dog"-speech rub anyone else wrong?

I feel like that was such a manipulative and spiteful thing. Also, you can clearly see that Sam is distressed and not doing well but you want him to take on the forced resposibility of a dog? That's not a little thing and you really think the dog would benefit from it?
