We met up with Demanda at Rollercon 2014 and got a great interview with her. We cover a wide variety of topics including the creation of "Demanda Riot", her early influences, how she discovered Roller derby, Bay Area's climb to the top of the WFTDA Rankings and her views on Intimidation factor. Demanda is one of Roller Derby's most recognizable and dynamic characters, a product of the old school and an honorable ambassador for the sport.
