The talk was all connected, it started out by mapping our IT career. How do we plan for our careers after we graduate, what are our goals in achieving our desired positions, and if we will focus on technology, information or business. 

I learned a lot from the speakers because they shared their inputs and thoughts about the industry. It provided me a glimpse of how the industry works and I feel excited but at the same time, pressured. 

I also learned that the things that are being taught to us inside the classroom is applicable and visible to the real world because the speakers mentioned some of it, like project management, strategic management, and the like. It enabled me to do better and to focus more on those subjects because they are indeed important.

Overall, the experience was good. I learned a lot of new things from the speakers; the talk helped me realized that I should not take for granted the courses that we have/ had because it might help us from the unforeseeable future.
