Call the Midwife, s15e7:
Is it just me, or does every medical and domestic situation seem to be extremely high stakes this season?
Beryl needs to earn some money, so she's going to be Geoffrey's secretary? Why can't she be a midwife? What am I missing?
So it's not just hospital doctors who are a bunch of insensitive dudnderheads: some of the nurses are no great bargain, either.
For whom, exactly, does Threapwood work? For the NHS itself?
The Mulluckses are back — and all played by the same actors! I don't know about you, but I always find it heartwarming when a show inspires that kind of professional loyalty. (Former aspiring actor speaking.) But, Belinda . . . oh, gee whiz . . .
