Castiel absolutely adores Dean's body, he loves every wrinkle and freckle, every scar and every strand of hair. And now that Dean has a belly? He's mesmerized. He doesn't like the beer part about it, that's why he heals Dean's liver every night, but now that Castiel is helping Dean cook, their meals are more nutritious and leave everyone full, even the ones for Sam, those are made entirely by Castiel, who knows how to properly feed someone who is vegan. That's why Dean, who doesn't exercise besides hunting, has been gaining some more weight, and Castiel is totally a fan of it. Every time they have some alone time in their room and they're naked, Castiel makes sure to always cherish Dean's body, closing his eyes while he touches him with his wings and kisses his body.
