Peaky Blinders S02E02

This was my attempt to write for “A scene that made you hate a character”.

When I doing this gifs, I was doing them in mind how I really didn’t like Tommy in this scene. Tommy saying to Arthur to "shut the door on the war" when Arthur clearly doesn't know how to deal with the effects of war, killing a kid because of it. In my opinion Tommy should have dealt it differently as both of them are still very much struggling with the war. Even if they deal with it differently but saying to "buried it" is not going to help neither of them.

By the end of doing this gifs and rewatching the scene! You can’t really hate Tommy for reacting the way he did. Tommy also hasn't really "shut the door" himself. We can’t expect someone that can’t really show compassion with Arthur situation, when Tommy clearly hasn’t dealt with own emotions. So he just telling Arthur to do what he does best “buried it up”.

This scene clearly shows how two different people react to trauma.

I am sorry for my rant but I really loved this scene and wanted to be apart of this celebration. Even if it doesn’t really fit with the challenge. Or maybe I should do another one? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Love Sam is hurt and Dean cannot see him and becomes just crazy

Dean need to reassuring that his brother is alright and Sam touching his shoulder like *don't worry* and Dean is like *the hell i'm calming get it off me!*
