Legacy Spare Downloads!
I don’t know about you, but I often feel really bad when my spares get forgotten. If you are anything like me, your spares get forgotten really quickly.
Well, last night I went and collected my Generation Four spares and I am sending them out into the world for you. Use them however you wish as long as you are not violating my TOU.

Mind you, the poses were made for my personal use, and therefore and not perfect in anyway.
The guy’s expression may vary al little depending on your sim’s normal facial expression. Also, there might be one clipping issues if you use sliders, but nothing I noticed would harm the poses.
Accessory used for female: Lorandia’s phone. It doesn’t matter which one it is.

I love the small harbor in my Sou save so much, I decided I want to build houses on all 6 of the harbor-looking lots. So with this it makes two.
With this house I played a little with elevated floors, and I do not mean to brag, but I LOVE the small plateau between the ground floor and first floor.
Small info:
It’s built on one of the six harbors on Legacy Island III where the Sou’s are living
In addition to statement above, it can be placed pretty much anywhere you like. It looks better close to water tho..
I kept it rustic with a touch of modernity
It is ‘basic’ furnished - a bit like a starter home

Refurnish the whole thing to your liking

Requested by @simophilia. There were a lot of issues when building this lot, and I think I managed to figure out what figgered the crashing. A certain door I used as well as the columns. Hm, I can’t say I’m happy with it, but at least it works with no crashings!
Okay! You wanted a large house for more than 8 simmers. And this is absolutely possible in Lado Soleado! It has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a huge kitchen/lounge/living area. Here, your simmies won’t be in the way for another, and there is plenty of space for pooltables, dart or whatever your sims loves to do when they hang out.
It is build on the shore, and the large windows makes sure that they get to enjoy the beautiful view outside! The roofing is a bit out of this world, as it has small gardens on top of it. Also, glass floors are used to give even more beautiful sunlight into the house - especially in the lounge area.
