I did suspect something happened between Tessa and Tre that evening when she returned, but my sister didn’t tell me about the details until years later. Tre had been in our lives for years. I think they first met at our grandfather's funeral; he was one of the many people whose hand she shook. And he and his sister, Mackenzie, had been a member of our friend group too. I think Tessa kind of always gravitated towards him. So it wasn’t that surprising that in the immediate aftermath of her breakup she went to him to talk about life. Nor is it too far out of the realm of disbelief that the two of them would woohoo for the first time. After their encounter, Tessa knew she should not jump into something new, but she also knew that what she had with Tre was more than just a one-night kind of thing. So, she didn’t tell him no when he asked if they could be something more. She told him not yet.

You're probably wondering how we got here...

I'm currently in the second act of Generation 1: The Hopeless Romantic, a legacy challenge by @lxdice. I had been meaning to post the story as it happened, and now I'm sitting on a whole half of a book of screenshots and story! More to come about the beginnings of Anita Creme, our legacy founder, and her very insatiable craving for romance like in the *sarcasm* classsssick, best of the best Black Love movies like Love & Basketball, and like almost every other Tyler Perry movie *sarcasm*.

I'm doing sci-fi anyway. Unfortunately, when cc shopping, I realized there aren't enough sci-fi deco buildings without purchasing Journey to Batuu, so It'll be more of a mutant/mutate sci-fi, which I never see us in

Tre, Adalia, and I left and went back to the vacation residence. Tessa stayed and had a conversation with Arden. I don’t know all of the details, but I do know that when Tessa came back, she was no longer in a relationship with Arden.

Arden convinced us to visit her family’s restaurant in town, but she ambushed us.  She introduced us to her parents and her grandparents. I know Tessa was overwhelmed. That’s not quite what we had in mind for dinner.
