hope you don’t mind a curious fan prodding around, but what’s your favourite season and episode? always like to hear these times of opinions :))
No no, I LOVE having a question to answer. If theres anything anyone can get me to do with little to no effort, it's talk about myself.
As of right now, im gonna have to say S5 has been my favorite. It had a lot of fun episodes. I dont think it had the best story arc- but on a scale of enjoyment, it ranked very high.
My favorite episode (I THINK????) is s3 e22- Quagmire. Rip Queequeg, but I just love how they really connect in this one. Mulder realizes how he can be kinda dumb sometimes, Scully realizes how much all of this really means to him, and they both get to acknowledge their feelings a bit on the island.
I also love s5 e4- Detour, for some of the same reasons. Its light. Emotionally significant for the two of them, without tying in strongly to the main plot of the show. Perfect little snippets of monster of the week + feelings thrown in.
As soon as I post this, im going to change my mind about everything, by the way. I am not a reliable source for telling people my favorite ANYTHING. All information is subject to change.
What I do know for a fact is that Fight The Future is my favorite TXF thing I've watched, ever. It doesn't count as a season or an episode, but it currently sits at the very top for me over everything else.
