The S4 are stronger than the X-Blood and Emperor.

No I'm not kidding.

SO let's yap

So. We saw in that new book that the S4 defeated the X-Blood in a Turf War. the X-Blood may be one of the strongest anarchy* teams, but they clearly haven't played enough Turf Wars. The S4 seem to be legends at Turf War cuz that was proved in book 1. If the S4's ranks are all S+, this means they're good at anarchy also. If Vintage and his team can't do Turf War and Anarchy well at the same time, but the S4 can, then the S4 is clearly stronger than them. Logically. Go my bois.

AAAND. This goes for Emperor too. In Book 9, he didn't seem like he knew how to play anarchy well. He said that they'd ink the stage. His rank is never specified. He could very well be C-. THIS MEANS the S4 are stronger also.

(technically they're stronger than Team Blue although they were defeated by said team)

Emperor may be better at Turf War than the S4, and the X-Blood may be better at anarchy, but if both teams aren't good at both modes, the S4 are the strongest team.
