This frame above is from the SDCC trailer shows Oliver going down the elevator of the Lair where I think he’ll find Adrian Chase...
In the comics “Limbo” as the panels say below is a place where heroes and others end up to be forgotten.
What if Oliver finds Tommy, Prometheus, Moira, Anatoly and Malcolm “living” there? ...Or maybe he will “re-live” differently moments from his past...and learn a lesson
What if Felicity traveled to Limbo with The Monitor to find Oliver?
