This one’s kind of serious. Um, I’d bring a lighter, one of my nice knives, and my Ruger LC9. While I definitely believe that there aren’t very many people prepared enough to survive in the apocalypse for longer than a few days... I would probably take @reedjager and @damonlevi (sorry to everyone else, but I’m 5′2″... I need help to survive.) As for one thing of enjoyment... As much as I want to bring Sarge... I can’t. He’d be too loud and would probably get himself as well as me killed. I’d bring my SevenYear pen and matching notebook. Someone needs to document the apocalypse.

What inspires you to write?

I’ve always assumed that my experiences are the reason why I write. If I’m being honest, though? I think it’s the people around me which inspire me. They’re like kindle to a flame -- they feed my creative fire. I pray it never fizzle out.

Best vacation ever?

Oh, god. My parents and I went skiing in Banff, Alberta (Canada). It was magical, like something out of a Hollywood movie. Perfect snow. We were up early and were the first to touch the snow. It was breath-taking.
