My current favourite sim is Ada Miller (left) from my BaCC, I just absolutely adore her! And Opal West. (right)
27. what’s the farthest you’ve gotten in a challenge?
I had a succesfully finished Rags to Riches challenge (which is up on my youtube channel), at least I consider it succesful! In long form challenges the farthest I've got I think is gen 3 or 4 in a legacy which is actually up on this tumblr.
buy cc! specifically, community lot cc now that i check. which isn't too surprising, i love building community lots more than residential!

oh that's tough! in rbh so far my favorite is either cleo shikibu or leod mcgreggor. i just find them fun to play for the opposite reasons lol

is it fair to use the last reply? i didn't think of this question when i wrote it 😅 i got to the green generation in the not so berry challenge, which is basically like the second to last generation iirc!
Hi! I'm so glad you and jellymeduza fixed your custom foods! However, I had to change the load order to have the BHAVs loading after the lamare's accessible high chair mod (I don't use the restaurant one) to get them to function. Just thought I'd let you know in case that needs to be put in the documentation/post. While I'm here, I love the rest of your defaults as well!!

Hi again May! Thanks for answering. I've read over what you've said to others and replaced the noface and armfrecklesdence1 files. In my testing I've noticed that if I apply arms - dense first, there's no issue. However, if I try to apply any of the other options, the face is removed/replaced. I use the same cc mentioned by anon (ld transparency fix, body spots, body hair) in addition to most/all of deedee's tattoo boxes (and some others from other sources). Hi Sabrina! Thank you for testing it, it helps a lot! If the new version of ArmsFrecklesDense1 works for you, I’ll go ahead and make the same changes to the other overlay packages. I’ll post them as soon as they’re ready!
Hi May, hope you're well! There's an issue with the freckles overlay. When you use it on a sim that has glasses or accessories, it removes their face in the portrait and replaces their face in the pie menu with a completely different sim. I'm happy to send you screenshots if that doesn't make any sense. Thanks!

Hi Sabrina! I’m very sorry you experienced this issue, your explanation makes perfect sense. When we were testing them @episims found a similar faceless/wrong faced sims issue (not related with any accessories I think?), but I wasn’t able to replicate it in my game. I asked her to replicate the issue to try to understand and fix it but she wasn’t able to replicate it later either. After receiving your ask I ran my game and added literally the 25 overlays to a sims with glasses but nothing weird happened to their face.
I want to fix this issue but it’s very frustrating not being able to see it myself and not knowing exactly what’s happening. I don’t know if it’s the freckles or some conflicting cc. If you ever run into this issue again I’d be grateful if you could collect as much info as possible, especially if it’s one specific overlay (e.g. arms freckles dense 1) causing the problem.

All the time. Once I dreamt about my Sims every night for about a week. When I went outside I saw a car driving past without a plumbob hovering over it and I was like OH MY GOD THERE'S NOBODY DRIVING THAT CAR. That's when I first realized that I may have a slight simming problem.
5) Did/do you ever play Sims 1?
I did! I'll never forget when my Mum bought it for me. I knew I wanted a new video game but I didn't know which one. I was ten years old. Mum held up the Sims 1 and said "what about this?" the guy working in the store overheard and said "ooooh be careful with that, you'll get dangerously addicted!" we both laughed and thought, oh, how silly, as if we could get addicted to this! Twelve years and a blog later...

He likes it, is a fan of my story and is thinking about starting his own Simblr. Yay!

I'd love to see more done with genetics. I'm not sure what exactly, but that's one of my favourite things about the Sims 3, the way genetics are passed on. I'd also love to see more autonomous reactions to things; people, places, events. I find the Sims most interesting when the story tells itself.
