Set the scene in a care home, three teenagers stand together in a doorway snickering together, skibidi toilet and rizz can be heard under their hushed breaths as they each keep a hand concealing their mouths.

An old man sits in a chair facing the window looking outside as he brings a vape to his mouth. It’s a vintage flavour, Lost Mary.

A child unlike the others passes the snickering teenagers, he carries cardboard box in his arms. He is the youngest grandson. “Zeeb zorp.” The child addresses him. The old man doesn’t look at him though his acknowledgment can be seen in his nod.

“We’re doing a project on the 2010’s, I wanna make sure mine is accurate.” The child holds the cardboard box out and the old man looks down at him now. The child opens the box and the old man is stunned.

“My god…” He mutters, reaching a wrinkled hand carefully into the box. He pulls out something he hasn’t seen in so long, something.. Long gone.

Songs fill his mind as he looks at this object and he can’t help but tear up, a smile making its way onto his face as he takes in the bright colours.

The object is circular, a button which has already been pressed previously by the child causes an image inside to make its way around the secondary background image inside. A planet. He can hear the intro resonating in his heart.. Little Big Planet.
