HEYY in my defense I DO write fluff but they always flop.
This conversation is one I’ve seen a lot, an I figured it was time to add my thoughts to it. So follow the link here, or just click the image to go to my latest Fluff update on Improved Initiative.

If I may ask, whatever happened to Sigyn? You mentioned Vali and Nari in your list of children, so I wondered.
Well, in reality, I sort of... tricked her into being my wife. I disguised myself as her fiance right after his death on her wedding day and only revealed myself after the vows had been said. She was dismayed, but back then is was unheard of to divorce so she stayed. She eventually forgave me and we were happy together. Then we had our two children, Nari and Vali.
If you didn’t know, Nari was killed by Vali after he was forcibly turned into a rabid wolf. Sigyn had always teasingly blamed me when either of our sons didn’t follow the rules. However, the teasing became serious, and it became a permanent wedge between us. Years later, when Vali was also killed, she could take no more. We separated for the remainder of that life span and after our next rebirth, we agreed to annul the marriage so that we could peruse other things without the shame of divorce.
