Microbiology & Immunology...
I outright have been counting the days til I would be presenting symptoms i.e. sore throat, blocked nose, swollen lymph nodes. I was exposed to the virus on Tuesday. Thursday I felt my lymph nodes in my neck were swollen. Today, Friday I have a sore throat & what feels like a swollen eustachian tube, I conclude the incubation period was approx 2 days. Due to my major in Microbio/Immuno, I couldn't help but think of incubation periods & symptoms.
What saddens me about all this though is that my bf blames himself for making me sick & apologizes all the time. I retorted that I could've gotten it from anyone then realize that that sounded very whorish. Anyway, I hope my body can fight this bug off. Nighty night.
