Is now a safe time to say that I think that when Viktor and Jayce imploded the created a timeline that was never doomed. But the only way to un-doom the timeline is if they never met in the first place. And they reformed in a timeline without the memories of each other- because it was the only way for everyone to live. And post-finale they are living their lives without each other- but with the faint knowledge that they did something great. Ki mi no na wa/Your Name style. The only way to save each other was to forget each other
