Having a PEM bout after literally just changing my bedding and attempting to clean up, the tism is kicking my ass, everything is making me angry and my teeth hurt from all the noise. I can't think, I can't see straight, I can't talk properly, or read properly and I'm just not having fun

Did someone forget to take enough antibiotics because of their memory and fatigue? Yes they did.

Are they now reaping the consequences because they're possibly getting sick again and their very organs are hurting? Yes.

I hate this man, I'm exhausted anyway but I'm fucking tired of being poorly and the schedule they have me on for the antibiotics is so hard to remember and keep up with and I just want to feel better but apparently my immune system has told me to fuck off and I'm too tired to fight it off as fast as someone else so idk what to do.
