2. What event has shaped their present view of the world the most?
It's very much being embraced into being a vampire! Inigo grew up in a time with a lot of political unrest, and while did fight for what he believed in, he also died while doing it. Being embraced by his mentor Darios was a genuine second chance to keep doing something he felt was super important, and it resulted in Inigo being closer to someone he admires.
All in all, he very much doesn't view being a vampire as a curse. It's not any different than a fox hunting a rabbit to him.
16. Assign them a tarot or other divination card! Talk about why!
Let's go with The Devil! It's a card about being trapped, feeling empty, powerlessness, and addiction. As far as why goes...
Inigo woke up in a completely new place with nothing, lost a relationship he genuinely cared about, and doesn't have anyone or anything from his old life. He can't do anything about it, the guy can't even work the electronics he needs to to get a ticket to travel home, much less a passport. So, stuck in an unfamiliar place he turns to any relationship that can fill those voids. There's a couple other reasons that card applies (cough cough the end of the first chronicle with our punishments from the Prince), but a lot of those are secrets that will be revealed in due time~ >:3c
