URL change (again)

I had no clue when I created my old URL that Tumblr won't track tags with dashes. And, of course someone has taken the "dashless" version of my URL. So, I'm going to keep safe-always-real at AO3 and ff.net, but until Tumblr gets its shit together and realizes a bunch of us have dashes in our URLs, I am flip-flopping to saferealalways. And, since I have dyslexia, it kind of fits, LOL. Dyslexic URL aside, whether you see safe-always-real or saferealalways, it's me!

It was an interesting night! I finally discovered just how awkward televised award ceremonies are, but there was enough fangirling to make it a splendid night :)

I think it varies from couple to couple. I've mentioned before that my best friend is married to a guy 18 years older than her and they're a perfect match. Now, some couple may not be able to survive an age gap that large. Generational differences would end them. 

I don't find anything wrong with large age gaps, as long as it's legal and consenting and both parties are happy, etc. To each their own, imo.

We *heart* you and respect your opinion! I also think its commendably ballsy of you to express it in this forum, knowing that there’s the risk of intolerant asses acting like, well, intolerant asses.

Well, I kept staring at the election map from smack in the middle of red country, where we get 3-6 votes per state, and then looking at states like CA that get 55 votes, and the popular vote percentages weren't that wildly different, but ha ha! 43% of the popular vote = 0% of the electoral votes. No wonder people don't bother to vote!

And crap, what if you're from a state whose votes haven't even been counted yet, and they've announced the winner! "Oh well! Who needs Alaska?"

Anyway, I love all my Democrat friends, but I won't be at your parties tomorrow. Sorry. :(

Red or blue, we all need to remember that what makes America great is the right to our own opinions. And attacking someone just because they disagree is fundamentally UNAMERICAN!

Frankly I wasn’t too keen on the either candidate, but the social media response is a bit excessive.

I wasn't keen on Romney, for that matter, but Rick Santorum wasn't on the ballot. ;D *sigh*

What a great Saturday morning surprise! I am flat out in love with this story. You craft your plot so beautifully, and give us a little more insight into the characters with each flashback. And the ditch date! It was just the right amount of awkward and sweet (take it from someone who was 'ditch-dated' back in high school). I am even more excited for the next chapter now! <3

I participated in a ditch date for two of my friends! Haha. They didn't stay together though but whatever. Love awkward dates--well writing them anyway.
