Barbara Update on my knee injury: 10 weeks ago by kneeling on the hard floor for hours whelping puppies, my knees paid for it the next day. I started taking Black Seed Oil 3x a day and putting the Pain cream on and within 24 hours I could get up from sitting and walk away with very little pain. Five days later I pivoted on my right knee and "twang!" snapped something in there good. I started taking Black Seed Oil 3 to 4x a day and applied Pain cream as needed plus at night the Lavender Ice.
