Congrats to Miss Sydney and Miss Amanda on passing Module 1 of the Alixa Flexibility program today!  The Alixa Flexibility Method works with all levels of abilities & ages, building a solid flexibility foundation with the focus on injury prevention and safety.  

Alixa Flexibility Certified Curriculum redefines the foundational pillars of stretching and aims to help dancers and athletes go to another level - a level full of vitality, power, while maintaining a focus on avoiding injury. This program contains a wealth of in depth materials and hands on training, backed with Alixa's 20 years of experience as a  former rhythmic gymnastics trainer and a contortion trainer for circus, as well as a former performer and circus artist. Dancers will learn life changing flexibility techniques that will take them beyond what you thought was possible.

Miss Alyssa Nedich is certified for Level 1 and 2, and Miss Natalie Zakrajsek is certified for Level 1.  Miss Aysha Koslowski is scheduled to take her level 1 training later this year.
