Shouldn't everyone be asked?
I went to Urgent Care today because I have 2nd degree burns on my arms from an incident involving steam and a boiling kettle earlier this week. There was a student nurse assisting me so I heard alot more than one normally would when general questions are asked. Because I was over 13, I was asked if I felt "safe at home". Shouldn't everyone be asked that, regardless of their age? Even if I didn't feel safe, I had a guardian in the room. Who's to say that if I didn't feel safe, I could express that? It could be that guardian is the one making me feel unsafe. Some questions are based towards certain genders and ages for fairly obvious reasons, but safety should be a priority for everyone.
