Took a break and argued with several people on Racism

I need to stop feeding into negativity. It's hard when I know a subject matter well and the other party's arguement is full of fallacies, especially when it's a "friend". It does nothing but irk me. I need to be fine with saying my piece and not getting into a pointless debate. It always ends up with me feeding into their want for me explain myself only to not listen or add words and feelings that don't apply to my statement. There's also their need for me to shift to their position when I only state my position for my wants and expactations that I truly don't care if they adopt them or not. I need to continue to channel all my energy into positivity and not get side tracked. I know in this life I can only control myself and influence others. I'm a Sagittarius, I should be used to be misunderstood by now. It's seems to be a recurring theme.
