Words cannot describe the incredible experience of enjoying this plant based meal! This "kitchari burger" on a plaintain bun was off the chain! Hands down the BEST burger I've EVER had! On the way out I told them this dish truly has the power to save the world. Beef. Ushers don't hold a candle to the flavor of this! If we could just get these in front of the burger eating people as an option, we could stop the slaughter of the rainforest, make a huge dent in climate change, heal the oceans, feed 800 million starving people and the list goes on. It's made from mung beans, flax and seeds and literally melted in my mouth with the best flavor ever. I'm blown away and maybe addicted.
