OOF, just absolutely awful :((( Yessss, Mianmian escapes punching (and Koi Tower eventually, because holy shit), but Zixuan hasn't done anything that bad, except decline to renew the betrothal (and he has his reasons, we shall see when we hear from him!) And NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR MUSING! IT IS NEVER DUMB!! That is a good thought! They didn't exactly advertise it, but JGY definitely told Xichen who would have told Mingjue and Huaisang--and if JGY hadn't, it's been roughly about a month or 2 since they got married, so the gossip of a man being married out has spread.
It wasn't a secret to the world, just Madam Jin because she would put up the most fuss, so Jin Guangshan waited until she went on her trip and sprung the idea. (I get the feeling she needs lots of trips away from him 🙄)
They all have reasons they haven't been around (though Xichen has written, in his defense) and we may be hearing from them all soon 👀

Yes, definitely, especially since Yanli was wondering!! DON'T WORRY I DEFINITELY WILL, there's a bit of hard stuff to go through first, but there will definitely be a way more of a balance with comfort than just the straight angst this chapter was!
