It was in her loft and was in desperate need of a reupholstered job - so I gave it a go! Day 24 of #myhouseinseptember SOMETHING OLD. Here's our antique mantle piece and brass and cast iron fender. The fender was here when we moved in, I just brasso'd it and gave the iron a lick of paint. We bought the mantle/surround from an antique shop.
