Coffee Shop ~ Sahyo
Sypnosis; Sana and Jihyo get into an argument the night before, sana makes it up to her by buying her doughnuts. Sana and Jihyo had an argument the night before, to make Jihyo feel better Sana went to go get her some coffee.
Sana walked into the small but cozy coffee shop a few blocks away from their apartment, there was chatter and music playing, the sweet aroma of coffee made Sana feel warm inside.
She stand in line, waiting to be called, she stares at her phone for a moment, then looks back up at the menu, she zoned out for a moment.
"Next!" The cashier called out.
She snapped out of her thoughts, walking up to the cashier.
"Hello, welcome to Sunset Cafe! How may I help you?" The woman asks, Sana looks at the menu, then back at the cashier.
"I'll do an Iced Latte, and I'll also get a vanilla latte." She spoke softly, watching the lady put in the orders, "Alright, anything else I can get for you?"
"Hm.. Can I also do a dozen doughnuts" She smiled, The lady nods, Sana pulls out her card to pay, once she pays she walked over to the doughnut section, looking at all of the different ones.
"Which one should I get Jihyo.." She thinks for a moment, her mouth waters as she stares at the doughnuts. "I'll get her the one I think she'll like most!" she says happily.
Once Sana got her items, she makes it back to her car, in the backseat were flowers, Jihyo's favorites. She drove home, humming to some music on the radio. Once she parked her car she walked inside the house, placing the items on the counter.
The house was quiet, she figured Jihyo was still sleeping, she didn't want to bother so she went to watch some tv on the couch, a few hours later Sana hears footsteps walking down the stairs, she turns and sees Jihyo standing there.
Sana blushed lightly, even though her and Jihyo have been together for 5 years now, they've had their fare share when it comes to bumps in the road but that never stopped them, they always knew how to cheer up each other.
"Hey" Sana spoke quietly, Jihyo walked over to her, "Hey, where did you go?" she asks, "I went to go run some errands" she replied.
Jihyo plops down on the couch, sitting next to her.
Jihyo hums in response, Sana turns to her, "Jihyo, look.. I'm sorry about our argument last night. I didn't mean to upset you." Jihyo's eyes soften hearing her wife's sweet apology made her heart flutter.
Jihyo sighs, "Sana, we were both in the wrong. But yelling? was a bit far." she says, watching her face.
Sana pouts, nodding, "It won't happen again baby I promise!" She hugs her, wanting to feel her warmth. Jihyo smiles, hugging her back.
Sana suddenly gets up from the couch, scurrying to the kitchen "Jihyo! come here babe."
Jihyo smiled, getting up and going to the kitchen, she gasps softly noticing the flowers and coffee as well as the doughnuts.
"Baby.. is this all for me?" she asks, stepping closer to Sana. Sana nods grinning, "I hope you like it, this is my apology gift for you, I really didn't mean to yell, I was just angry."
"When we're angry we do things we might regret.." Jihyo says, pulling Sana closer to her.
They lock eyes, Jihyo's hands were wrapped around Sana's waist and Sana's hands were around her neck.
"Thank you, you always remember my favorite flower." Jihyo says with a grin.
Sana giggled, "Duh! How could I forget the love of my life's favorite flower, it hasn't changed since we first started dating."
"True."
They stood like that for a moment, enjoying each other's company, Sana kisses Jihyo softly, it was gentle, passionate. Jihyo melts into the kiss, staying close until Sana pulls away breathlessly.
Jihyo chuckles softly, looking over at the box of doughnuts, her stomach rumbles causing her to jump.
Sana laughs, "Hungry? Well I brought a few glazed, some vanilla frosted, chocolate, and jelly filled!" she spoke enthusiastically, walking over to the box of baked goods.
Jihyo follows behind her, watching her open the box, Sana picked out the glazed one as Jihyo picks the vanilla frosted, she takes a bite out of it, smiling happily.
"Thank you again Sana" Jihyo says softly, pulling Sana into a tight hug.
Sana squealed happily, feeling loved by her wife. She continued to eat her doughnut, smiling happily. Jihyo watched her in glee.
As the evening went on, Sana and Jihyo enjoyed each other's company, forgetting about their silly argument.
