Breakfast ~ apple & date oatmeal or a cliff bar
Lunch ~ spiralized zucchini noodles w/ peanut sauce* , red pepper, & tomatoes or a PB&J. with a choice of black eyed pea salad, sautéed chickpeas, cashews, raisins, &/or a banana on the side
Dinner ~ Amy’s soup, pasta w/ tomato, avocado & tempeh, or a super meal of quinoa, potatoes, black beans, avocado, and tempeh. chocolate or hazelnut spread for dessert.
