First print of the year, and its the other half of my Sailor Doom promo!

Meet Laura Monroe: part-time magical girl and full-time fashion design major. Her work as half of the trendy demon-slayer helps improve her eye for coordinating outfits, as well as battle plans.

Hey, ART! Here’s the character lineup for Sailor Doom: Magical Girl for Hire, my short animation for this summer!

In addition to my cleaned up designs for Laura and Mari, we have two new characters:

Meet Julieta Peligard: Part-time tutor and full-time political science major, she’s hiring the well-known demon slayer to deal with some trouble.She’s sure “demon slaying” is just a metaphor. 

Obviously.

Then we have Shelly: She’s a demon who frequents r/Streetwear. It shows. 

In addition, I made a costume change for Mari. It’ll make sense in the final animation.

Last print of the year! I’m officially starting on my final student animation: Sailor Doom! 

Meet Mari Norles: part-time magical girl and full-time business major. She’s one-half of the fashionable demon-destroyer, and people know she’s using the wand when things start exploding more often.

I’m planning on finishing the second print when next year starts, and that one will have the other user of the wand, Laura. (She’s the tactful and tactical half.)
