What happens when you give a guy too strong a power? Why not add hornets that show up EVERYWHERE to counter him? 

He honestly does fine with his talismans, seals and staff, but it is just comical how often the things show up even though the fight ostensibly doesn’t have much to do with Naraku (of course, Naraku makes everything part of his MACHINATIONS). Which for me, made his almost obsession with using it in the later parts of the series seem a bit silly. You can’t NOT use the wind tunnel? Do... you not remember how about 90% of your fights have gone? I honestly half feel like tallying all the stuff that ended up in there. 

Oh and by the way, this is unrelated but this little teasing of the manga’s writing does not mean I do not adore the series or the work. Manga isn’t plotted out the way a novel is, so sometimes you add something that solves too many issues and have to work around it. That’s normal.
